Founder / Managing Director
During my many years as Head of Marketing & Communications at Jelmoli AG, I completed my MAS in Business Transformation and have been implementing the strategy since 2020 in the role of Business Transformer and as a member of the Jelmoli Management Team.
During this phase, I had one question: What comes next when all projects have been implemented? What structures are needed so that we can independently shape our own path and define our next steps?
This question led to my master's thesis "The influence of New Work on innovation management in the digitalized working world". In the process, I found structural success factors for innovation capability and have been applying them successfully ever since.
The structural success factors work universally for all industries and for all types of transformation in the establishment, restructuring or dismantling of organizations. I was able to demonstrate the latter as a member of the four-person core team for the closure of Jelmoli's operational department store operations.
